Food is more than just cooking and eating, it’s a process of sharing!
Guided by Serene Mishlawi, (one of our new IWP members), and Daniela from SOUK, we will explore the Lebanese culture and gastronomy. During the session, Serene will show us how to cook true Lebanese food, that we will then taste, paired with wine or teas.
To finish we will taste Middle East sweets
Moghrabia (chicken with spices, moghrabia and chickpeas)
Mjaddara (vegetarian dish with lentils and rice)
