Art for Enjoyment is one of the many activities offered by IWP to its members.  It was started some years ago and continues with a group of core members who have been with the activity almost since its inception as well as new members.  Art for Enjoyment is not a class. We are for the most part self-taught and enjoy meeting to experiment with ideas and painting materials and gain inspiration from each other. Presently the activity is held on Monday mornings at St. Paul’s Church in Estoril.

This past month Art for Enjoyment held its second collective art exhibition which showcased the talent and diverse styles of its members.  The sample of works exhibited varied in theme from nature to abstract and in media from acrylics to pastels to watercolor.

In the event, you missed the exhibition, here is a sample of the works exhibited by the artists as well as a photo of all the artists that took part.

Left to Right: Ruth Hurst, Linda Hunter (Activity Captain), Flavia Soares, Priscilla Boado-Serra, Ewa Radecka-Mundinger, Amy Keane, Lisette Vanhorebeck, Margot Walker Dias, Marion Holmes
